Practice Configuration

Choose the clinic time zone, shared features and sounds, halls, and operatories here. Provider names and their linked buttons are managed together under Provider Buttons. Save Draft keeps a private browser copy; Publish to Clinic Flow securely writes the approved configuration to the protected production configuration path.

Configuration Preview

Click a button once, then keep using the arrow keys—or drag it while the surrounding buttons shift into place. Provider and Action buttons remain inside their own sections. Publishing applies the approved clinic time zone, features, sound policy, provider names, buttons, font settings, halls, and operatories practice-wide.

Operatory panel

Publishing boundary: only the authorized Google administrator can publish configuration. Internal hall, room, and status keys remain locked. Removing a button changes active displays only; it does not alter existing room-status history. Removing a hall or operatory does not delete its existing Firebase room-status data.

Production security active: live room data is restricted to enabled workstation identities and the authorized administrator. Configuration publishing remains the next controlled step.
